Hwange Bush Camp

Overview

This rustic, simple, but comfortable camp is the creation of David Carson – one of Zimbabwe’s best known and respected professional guides. And it really does feel like a camp designed, managed and run by guides, with an unfussy feel and a strong emphasis on game viewing – by vehicle or on foot. Relaxing, simple tented rooms have now been enhanced by gas showers, adding a touch to an already very pleasant camp. The food, like the camp, is unpretentious but very delicious.

Whilst not everyone’s cup of tea, this camp offers superb guiding, a very nice balance of bush simplicity and comfort, and is superb value.
