Kakuli

Overview

A pleasant, thatched camp with open, airy rooms and main area. This authentic camp is – somewhat unusually for the area – open most of the year and, during the green season, boat activities are available in addition to the usual drives and walks.

Whilst Kakuli can suffer from the heat in the warmest months, it’s a very pleasant spot for much of the year, and it can combine well with nearby sibling camps – some of which can be accessed on bush walks. Set in a quite open area, game spotting is good, as is birding.
