Kiri Camp

Overview

The latest of Machaba’s camps in Botswana, Kiri has been designed and built on the back of its owners’ considerable experience: the result is a camp which combines best of old and new – a contemporary take on a classic tented safari. The rooms are spacious and inviting, with outdoor bath and shower options; and the main area and bar convivial and exquisitely set looking out over a majestic view and seasonal flood plains. Throw in good food, great guides, and a range of game viewing options, and Kiri really does present a great new addition to the delta and surrounding areas.

Game viewing on our visit was outstanding - both from the camp and on drives - with superb sightings of lion, bat eared fax, ostrich, elephant and hyena, to name but a few.
