Some camps have that X Factor – a kind of magic which it is hard to describe and which can only really be experienced. This is one of them. This quite rustic tented camp has a very authentic ‘bush’ feel, and is blessed with a sublime location with trees over and behind the raised camp – and seasonal wetland to the front as far as the eye can see. The rooms are comfortable and have an ‘under the stars’ sleeping option en suite, and the convivial main area is perfect for recounting the day’s adventures around the camp fire. Add good food and outstanding guides to show you around the area – an area pleasantly free of most other vehicles – and we’d say this camp is very hard to beat.
