There is real history to this camp – first opened in 1951 by the legendary Robin
Pope. It’s a simple camp with a quite ‘permanent’ feel with rondavel style ‘chalets’ for
rooms; and B&W photos adorn the welcoming bar with memories of the past. Aside
from being a walk down memory lane, Nsefu has a location second to none – it is
stunning.
Add to that superb guides and game viewing as good as any you will get
anywhere in the park, Nsefu can make a very special and memorable part of a
longer safari trip, and attracts a lot of return visitors – a fact which speaks for itself.
Nsefu stays can also include a 2 night segue to the Robin Pope Safaris Bush Camp,
a true ‘camping’ experience in the isolation of the African wilds.
