This exotic, romantic tented camp has a touch of the Arabian Nights about it. Located on the edge of Ntwetwe Pan (which itself is about the size of Montenegro, and just a small part of the Makgadikgadi system), welcoming rooms and a convivial main area combine to deliver an intimate feel set within a vista of the vastness of seemingly endless horizons.
Adventures outside the camp are by car, on foot, by Quad bike or on horseback (although the latter is at extra expense). Like much of the Kalahari, this camp is not for full on game viewing addicts (though some remarkable species can be and often are seen, Brown Hyena included) – but it is highly recommended as part of a broader itinerary where one can take some time out simply to relax, reflect, and almost hear the sounds of time.
