Overview
Although the Victoria Falls is - in general and for the most part - better viewed from the Zimbabwean side, this does not preclude staying on the Zambian side. Access to the Zimbabwean side is generally easy, and Zambia offers a range of other activities such as cruises, flights, train excursions, and rafting.
The Zambian side is also ideal for viewing or photographing the lunar rainbow over the Falls – a phenomenon which occurs nowhere else in Africa. We are happy to recommend several delightful properties on the Zambezi River – both close to the Falls and peacefully secluded some way upstream
