One of Africa’s lessor visited parks, Gonarezhou is as rich in wildlife as it is stunning in scenary. Bounded by the Save River to the north and the Mwenzi to the south, Gonarezhou’s spectacular Chilojo Cliffs have become one of Africa’s most iconic, yet least seen, sights. With over 450 bird species, 89 mammals, 60 small mammals and insectivores, and 50 fish species, it is an animal spotter’s and photographers dream.
Our accommodation options here are limited, but are of exceptional quality and come highly recommended. A wonderful – if remote – inclusion on a safari itinerary.
