Amalinda

Overview

Built on the site of an old Bushman retreat, Amalinda has been constructed – quite literally – in, around and on the granite rocks of the Motobo. No room is the same, but all are well equipped and comfortable. The Lodge offers game walks – including the chance of sighting Rhino – as well a range of excusrions to the various other highlights of the Matobo Hills.

With good access from Bulawayo, Amalinda and the Motobo offer a relaxing, interesting break in a safari which might be otherwise game-heavy, and couples well with Gonarezhou and Hwange.
